Terms of Use
Last updated: July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tunic Motion Figma plugin and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Tunic (Abdullah Aydeniz). By installing the plugin, creating an account, or using the site, you agree to them.
1. The Service
Tunic Motion imports animated JSON (Lottie) files into Figma as editable layers and exports Figma layers back to animated JSON. The plugin runs inside Figma; this website provides your account profile, subscription management and product information.
2. Accounts
- Signing in is done with your Google account. Keep access to that account secure — everything done through it is your responsibility.
- One account is meant for one person. Don’t share a Pro account across a team; that’s what multiple subscriptions are for.
- You can use the plugin’s core features without an account, subject to the anonymous daily quota.
3. Free plan & fair use
The free plan currently includes 1 import and 1 export per day with the full feature set. Quotas reset daily (UTC). We may adjust free-plan limits over time; active Pro subscriptions are never quota-limited. Attempting to circumvent quotas (e.g. rotating accounts programmatically) may lead to suspension.
4. Pro subscriptions & billing
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms.
- Pro is available in monthly, 3-month, 6-month and yearly periods. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from the Manage subscription link on your profile page (or in the plugin). Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the period you already paid for ends.
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future periods with notice; a change never retroactively affects a period you already paid for.
- Refunds: if something is broken and we can’t fix it, email aydenizdesign@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we’ll sort it out. Statutory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
5. Your content
- The animation files you import or export are yours. We claim no ownership and — since files are processed locally inside Figma — we never even receive them.
- You are responsible for having the rights to the files you work with. Don’t import animations you aren’t licensed to use.
6. Acceptable use
- Don’t reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.
- Don’t abuse the infrastructure (automated scraping of our API, quota circumvention, interference with other users).
- Don’t use the Service in violation of applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The plugin, this website, the Tunic Motion name, logo and design are owned by Tunic. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service; they don’t transfer any ownership.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on Figma, Google (sign-in), Supabase (infrastructure) and Lemon Squeezy (billing). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their outages are not something we can be liable for.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. Lottie is a broad format: some features (path morphing, certain effects) import as their closest editable equivalent, and results can vary between files. We don’t warrant that every animation converts perfectly or that the Service is uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $10 if you haven’t paid anything). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with refunds for unused paid periods where the violation isn’t the reason for termination.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The date above always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the plugin or by email. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
